United Airlines has been in a lot of heat lately. Many people are outraged with united because of the way they treated this passenger.

David Dao, the victim. |
Here's what happened; United airlines overbooked a flight. Airlines overbook flights because they don't expect everybody to show up and they are predominantly right for the most part. In a case like this one where their prediction is wrong, officials will ask passengers of the overbooked flight to leave voluntarily and some usually do, fixing their problem with ease. But some times, nobody volunteers to leave. If this happens, then officials will choose passengers to leave involuntarily through random selection.

Passenger David Dao refused to leave the flight and officials proceeded to drag him out of his chair banging his head and injuring him. |
